Understanding a complex and dynamic organisational phenomenon like Project Management Offices (PMO) takes time and needs researchers to tackle the research with cleverness. This research program was conducted between 2003 and 2011. Its focus was on Organisational Project Management in general and on Project Management Offices (PMO) specifically.
